摘要
在学生工作过程中,高校辅导员发挥了其它教育力量不可替代的作用。文章从辅导员的工作特性和高校学生的新时代特点两方面进行分析,指出了高校辅导员在学生工作中角色定位的重要性。
In the process of student work, college counselors play an irreplaceable role compared with other education power. This article analyzed the working characteristics of counselors and college students＇ characteristics in the new era, and pointed out the importance of role orientation of college counselors in student work.
