摘要
随着我国经济的飞速发展,接受高等教育的人数也在逐年的增多,有数据表明高校在校大学生的数量近年来呈现快速增长态势,而随着人数增多高校大学生思想政治工作也就显得尤为重要,而在现行机制中进行这一工作的主要力量就是辅导员,辅导员作为大学生在整个高校时期最长期接触交流的教师,在大学生的大学时代扮演着重要的角色,新是历史条件下辅导员队伍的建设就显得尤为重要,本文将结合辅导员在开展工作时最常用的方法进行思考,希望能够对辅导员队伍的建设有所帮助。
With the rapid development of China＆#39;s economy, the number of people receiving higher education also increased year by year. Data show that the number of college students in universities showed rapid growth in recent years, while with the growing number of college students, ideological and political work is particularly important, and main strength of this work in the existing mechanism is the counselor. As the most long-term contacts and exchanges teachers for college students throughout the university period, counselor plays an important role. Under the new historical conditions, counselor team building is particularly important. This paper proposes thoughts combined with the most common used method for counselor in the work, expects to provide some help for counselor team building.
