摘要
针对高职院校辅导员队伍建设中存在的问题,加强高职院校辅导员队伍建设,要以专家化发展为目标,以职业化发展为保障。具体包括:切实提高认识,配足人员编制;严格选聘标准,提高整体素质;牢记岗位职责,明确工作任务;强化考核管理,完善激励机制。
Aiming at the problems existed in counselors construction of higher vocational schools,enhance counselor team building,higher vocational schools should take the development of an expert as the objective and professional development as the protection and the material measures include：effective awareness-raising,with full staffing;strict selection criteria to improve the overall quality;remember responsibilities,a clear mandate;enhanced appraisal management,improve the incentive mechanism.
