摘要
用太谷核不育小麦构建小麦异交群体DNS1,对株高、穗粒数、千粒重、小穗密度分别进行单性状集团岐化选择 ,经过四代 ,各选择处理已表现出一定趋势 .从平均数看 ,选择性状表现几乎与预期进展一致 ,向上选择的平均数总大于向下选择 .统计分析结果表明 ,各代选择进展大小不同 ,其它性状也发生了程度不同的显著变化 .分析性状的变异系数发现 ,随选择的进行遗传变异没有发生明显的降低 ,某些处理甚至表现出升高的趋势 .说明选择没有引起群体遗传结构的破坏 .另外 ,方差分析表明 ,群体间差异达显著水平 ,说明群体发生了一定的遗传趋异 .主成分遗传距离和聚类分析进一步表明 ,群体间关系随世代发生着不规律的变化 .
Wheat outbreeding population DNS1 was created with Taigu male\|sterile wheats and singletrait\|selected divergently. Through four generations, each treatment has showed certain trend, the upselected averages were always larger than the down\|selected, and the results by statistical analysis shows:the improvement for every generation was different.Variant coefficients of trait were not deduced,any treatments tend increased,this shows:selection did not bring about destruction of population.Through variance analysis,inter\|population difference were significant,certain genetic divergence existed in population.Principal distance and cluster analysis show relations of population vary irregulately with every generation.
