摘要
本文主要研究 8种离子对绿色木酶 94 0 5所产纤维素酶活力的影响。实验结果表明 ,Mg2 + 、Zn2 + 、Fe2 + 离子浓度在一定范围内 ,对纤维素酶活有抑制作用 ,SeO2 - 3 在实验浓度范围内对酶活无影响 ;Cu2 + 、Mn2 + 、Co2 + 、I- 等离子浓度在一定范围内 ,对纤维素酶有激活作用 ,其中Cu2 +激活作用显著 ,酶活提高 30 % ;8种离子同时使用 ,激活作用明显 ,酶活提高幅度达 4 0 %。
The effect of eight kind of ions on the cellulase produced by Trichoderma viride 9405 was studied in the paper.The results showed:The Mg 2+ ,Zn 2+ ,and Fe 2+ had some inhibition on the cellulase activity.And The SeO 2- 3 had no effect on the cellulase activity within the extent of experiment concentration.Contrarily,the cellulase activity was activated respectively by the Cu 2+ ,Mn 2+ ,Co 2+ and I -,among which the Cu 2+ had obvious activation and increased 30%of the enzyme activity.The cellulase activity was activated notably by the mixture of these eight kind of ions,which was increased by 40%.
