摘要
煤矿带式输送机易出现堆煤、打滑、烟雾等故障,而矿用带式输送机故障诊断中单一的传感器所搜集的信息较片面,存在很大程度的不可靠性。提出了应用多传感器信息融合诊断法。将各信息模糊化,由信息中心加以融合,进而对带式输送机工作状态进行估判。实验证明,将信息融合技术应用于煤矿带式输送机故障诊断中具有一定的有效性。
Prone to coal, slipping, smoke and other fault beh often conveyors in coal mine. Collect the sensor and single conveyor belt in fault diagnosis information is one-sided, so there is much uncertainty. Here the application of multi-sensor information fusion diagnosis method. This method of the fuzzy information, and then by the information center to be integrated, and the beh conveyor for evaluating and judging working state. Experiments show that, the technology of information fusion is used in coal mine belt conveyor in fault diagnosis is has some validity.
