摘要
针对老式矿井输送机控制系统中存在的启动力矩小、启动电流大、调速范围窄等缺点,设计了基于神经网络PID控制器的开关磁阻电机调速系统,利用拥有自学习和自适应能力的BP神经网络建立速度自适应控制器。仿真结果表明,这种调速系统启动力矩大,转矩脉动小,具有较强的鲁棒性和良好的动态性能。
To solve fault in old mine conveyer control system, such as small starting torque, big startingcurrent and narrow speed range, a speed control system of switched reluctance motor based on neuralnetwork PID controller is proposed. By using self-learning and adaptive ability of BP neural network to constitute adaptive controller. Result of simulation indicate that new speed control system have big starting torque, small torque ripple, strong robustness and excellent dynamic performance.
