摘要 使用STC12C5A60S2单片机作为控制芯片,通过水位传感器完成对水位信号的检测,通过风机、瓦斯断电仪完成风瓦电闭锁信号的检测,通过电压、电流等互感器和内置A/D完成多路模拟信号的检测,实时显示井下低压水泵电机的工作状态,具有CAN总线通讯功能,在国内首次整合了矿用水泵电机的电气检测与水位控制功能,实现了矿用水泵电机的无故障自适应运行。 The use of STC12C5A60S2 microcontroller as the control chip, to detect water level signal by the water level sensor, detect the wind gas ultralimit lockout signal through a blower, gas power instrument, complete testing analog signal through voltage, current transformer and a built-in A/D, display the operating state of low pressure water pump motor mine in real time, with CAN bus communication function, for the first time in China, the integration of electrical detection and level of mine water pump motor control function, realizes the mine water pump motor without fault adaptive operation.
