摘要
分析了循环水再生电渗析PLC控制系统的基本组成,介绍了PLC的硬件选型,并依据系统功能要求完成了控制程序的设计.应用PLC控制循环水再生电渗析系统,可实现电渗析过程的自动化.整个系统具有操作简单、可靠性好的特点,能够保证电渗析过程的稳定性、一致性和高效性.
The basic components of the PLC control system used in water recycling electrodialysis is analysized.The hardware selection is introduced.Based on the system functions,the program of control is designed.The circulating water recycling electrodialysis system using PLC control can realize automation of the process.The whole system has the features of simple and high-reliability,it can ensure the stability,consistency and efficiency of the electrodialysis process using PLC control.
