摘要
在 B5 即 B5+2 ,4- D3mg/L+KT0 .1 mg/L+phe0 .1 mol/L的培养基上附加 0 .5mg/L的根皮苷可以促进南方红豆杉愈伤组织的生长 .在 B5 +GA3(2 .2 - 3.2 mg/L) ,B5 +根皮苷 0 .5mg/L,B5 三种培养基上进行南方红豆杉愈伤组织细胞的悬浮培养 ,发现 B5 +根皮苷 0 .5mg/L最佳 ;对于附加不同浓度的 GA3的培养基而言 ,最适浓度为 2 .6mg/L.
Taxus chinensis var.mairei callus was cultured on B5Ⅲ medium (B 5Ⅲ supplemented with 2 4 D 3mg/L,KT 0.1mg/L and phe 0.1mol/L) supplemented with phloizin 0.5mg/L, The result showed that Callus grew rapidly. When T. Chinesis var. callus cells were suspension cutured in three mediums (1) B 5Ⅲ mediums, (2) B 5Ⅲ medium supplemented with GA 3(2.2mg-3.2 mg/L), (3) B 5Ⅲ added with phloridzin 0.5mg/L . The results showed that the cell growth rate increased obviously on B 5Ⅲ medium supplemeeted with phloridzin. As to the medium B 5Ⅲ with different dencity GA 3, The best concentration for cell growth well was GA 32.6mg/L.
