摘要
通过实例和Monte -Carlo方法比较绝缘材料的截尾寿命试验数据和完全寿命试验数据作统计分析的结果 。
For an example and by Monte-Carlo method,The paper is compared with the results of statistical analysis of insulating material from compleled and from censored life test data,and is given feasibility of statistical analysis for high reliable product such as insulating material based on censored data in life test and accelerated life test.
