摘要
在产品的寿命服从威布尔分布的情况下，本文讨论了循环序进应力加速寿命试验的模型，给出相应参数的几种统计分析方法，并用计算机模拟技术，对这几种方法的优劣进行比较．
In this paper, we first discuss statistical model and data analyses under accelerated life testingby Circular- Progressive-Stress when the life distribution follows a Weibull distribution, then givefive methods of estimators of parameters. Fially, we compare these estimators by using MonteCarlo simulation.
