摘要 组织中干细胞的微环境壁龛的作用受到关注。毛囊的精细结构为研究干细胞的生物学特性提供了极好的体系,毛囊隆突区内包含许多干细胞,它们各有自己的壁龛,其中研究最多的是表皮干细胞壁龛和黑素干细胞壁龛。毛囊干细胞的功能受其内在因子调节,而后者受到周围细胞产生的外在信号分子调控。探索干细胞及其壁龛在皮肤肿瘤的作用,可能为临床治疗皮肤肿瘤提供新思路。 The roles of stem cell niches in tissue, which provide microenvironment for cells, has attracted more and more attention. The fine structure of hair follicles supplies a perfect system for studying biological characteristics of stem cells. There are many stem cells in hair follicle bulge, and all of them have their own niches, of which, the niches for epithelial and me]anocytic stem cells are the most extensively studied. The function of hair follicle stem cells is regulated by intrinsic factors, which are modulated by extrinsic signaling molecules produced by surrounding cells. Exploring the roles of stem cells and their niches in the development of cutaneous tumors may provide new ideas for their treatment.
