摘要
探讨了杏鲍菇 ( Pleurotus eryngii)深层培养的条件 ,并对菌丝体及发酵液氨基酸组成进行分析 .试验结果表明 :选用玉米粉 30 g,蔗糖 2 0 g,KH2 PO41 g,Mg SO4· 7H2 O 1 g ,酵母粉 5g,VB1 1 0 mg,水1 0 0 0 ml的培养基 ,在 2 6℃ p H5～ 7,培养时间为 5d,菌丝生长最佳 .经测定杏鲍菇菌丝体氨基酸总量为每1 0 0 g菌丝体干重 7582 .4 mg和发酵液氨基酸总量为每 1 0 0 ml发酵液 2 0 .9mg。
Pleurotus eryngii was a kind of rare edible fungus developed recently. In this paper , it was reported that mycelium culture and amino acid analysis were studied . Experimental results showed that the composition of the fermentation medium was as follow: 30 g corn powder, 20 g sugar, 1 g KH 2PO 4 , 1 g MgSO 4·7H 2O, 5 g yeast powder and 10 mg VB 1 , 1000 ml H 2O. The optimun cultural period was 5 d with pH 5～7 condition . The analytical result indicated the mycelium and fermertation contained many kind of acids with high content .
