摘要
蔓茎堇菜样品经提取、净化后 ,用紫外分光光度法测定 .以芦丁为标准品 ,在 2 65nm处测定其总黄酮含量 .结果表明 ,植株总黄酮含量为 2 .39% ,根总黄酮含量为 1 .0 8% ,细胞悬浮物总黄酮含量为0 .76% .
After extracted and purified, the sample of Viola diffusa Ging were determined by ultraviolet spectrometric method. The rutin was used as a standard compound and the flavones of Viola diffusa Ging was quantitated by measurement of the absorbance at 265 nm. The results show that the content of the whole plant is 23 9%, the root, 1 08% and the suspended cells, 0 76%. This study will provide scientific basis on producing medicinal composition of flavones from Viola diffusa Ging.
