This paper discusses the important role of talents and technologies to enhance de-tailed management,to ensure the long-term stability and to implement enterprise restructuring and upgrading from three aspects,including talents cultivation,technical innovation and technical management.The three talents cultivation systems,four innovation systems and three innovation platforms in Taoyi coal mine have been stated.
