针对新巨龙公司班组建设存在的问题,分析了强化班组建设的必要性和意义,指出只有有效强化班组建设才能夯实企业安全生产的基层基础,阐述了新巨龙公司精品班组建设的内涵和内容,并介绍了精品班组建设的具体实践和成效。
Aimed at the existing problem of team building in Xinjulong Company, the signif- icance and necessity to strengthen it was analyzed. Only effectively strengthening team building can steady the basis of the safety production in enterprises.
