摘要
文章介绍 Ti(C,N)基金属陶瓷刀具切削正火态 45钢时的失效形式和磨损机理 ,考察了各切削用量对刀具耐用度的影响 ,并通过一元线性回归分析给出了 Ti(C,N)基金属陶瓷刀具耐用度的广义 Talor公式。研究证明 ,Ti(C,N)基金属陶瓷不但具有良好的综合性能 ,而且还可以节约普通硬质合金所必需的 Co、Ta及 W等贵重稀有金属材料 ,但韧性和强度较低 ,切削正火态
The failure mode and the abrasion mechanism of the Ti(C,N)-based cermet cutting tools were studied systematically when they were used for normalized 45 steel. The effect of the quantities of cutting on the tool life was investigated and the Talor's formula was deduced from the simple regression analysis.Results prove that Ti(C,N)-based cermet not only possesses excellent comprehensive properties but also reduces the using of rarely precious metals, such as Co,Ta and W, etc, which are necessary for common carbides, but Ti(C,N)-based cermet has lower toughness and strength, abrasion failure is the dominant failure mode in cutting normalized 45 steel.
