摘要
金属陶瓷由于具有优良的综合性能而广泛用作刀具材料。本文研究了纳米TiN改性TiC基金属陶瓷刀具的组织及其在加工正火态 4 5号钢时的磨损性能。结果表明 ,与传统金属陶瓷相比 ,新型金属陶瓷的组织更细小。与传统金属陶瓷刀具、Al2 O3 刀具及YT15硬质合金刀具相比 ,新型金属陶瓷刀具具有更高的刀具寿命和切削效率 ,且主要以“磨损”形式失效。
Cermets is widely used as a tool material owing to its comprehensive properties.In this paper, the microstructure of nano-TiN modified TiC-based cermet cutter was investigated and its wear properties were discussed when it was used to cut normalized 45 steel.Results show that such cermets exhibit finer microstructure than that of conventional cermets.Compared with conventional cermet cutter,Al 2O 3 cutter and cemented carbide cutter YT15,new-type cermet cutter shows longer tool life and higher processing efficiency.The main failure of new-type cutter is 'wear'.
