摘要
本文系统地研究了用改性 ZSM- 5分子筛吸附脱除焦化苯中噻吩过程动力学 ,测定了池式吸附曲线 ,提出了可以较好地描述苯 -噻吩 - ZSM- 5吸附体系的动力学模型 ,模型中考虑了大孔扩散、表面扩散和吸附 -反应阻力等吸附过程 ,并通过实验数据求得了大孔扩散系数、表面扩散系数和吸附速度常数等吸附动力学参数与温度的关系。在该吸附过程中 ,大孔扩散、表面扩散和吸附反应过程都起着重要作用。
The adsorption kinetics of thiophene in liquid coke-chemical benzene on the modified ZSM-5 molecular sieve has been investigated. The batch adsorption curves were obtained through experiments and then interpreted by means of a mathematical model in which the intraphase diffusion, surface diffusion and the adsorption resistance are all taken into consideration. Furthermore, the kinetics parameters such as intraphase diffusivity, surface diffusivity and adsorption rate constant have also been acquired by fitting the modeling results with the experimental data. The relationships between these kinetics parameters and temperature are in accordance with Arrhenius equation. \;
