摘要
对洗油质量差的原因进行了试验和理论分析,认为影响洗油质量的主要原因是馏分塔底过热蒸汽量大和三混馏分(酚油、萘油、洗油)采出口位置不合适,并提出了相应的改进措施,取得了良好的效果。
Experiments and theoretical analyses have been made on the factors that cause poor quality of the washing oil. The paper points out that the main problems influencing the quality of the washing oil are?押 there are too much superheated steam at the bottom of the distillation tower and the location where the three mixed cut fractions (phenol oil,naphthalene oil and washing oil) are taken out is not suitable. Measures for improvement have been suggested and ideal effect obtained.
