摘要
以褐藻糖胶为模型多糖 ,对用非水溶性有机试剂从水溶液中萃取褐藻糖胶进行了初步研究。结果表明 ,选用的非水溶性功能试剂N2 6 3能非常有效地从水溶液中萃取褐藻糖胶。对影响萃取褐藻糖胶的水溶液初始 pH、温度及N2 6 3浓度等因素研究结果表明 ,N2 6 3浓度是影响褐藻糖胶萃取的主要因素 ,而初始 pH、温度等的影响不大。本工作为海藻多糖的分离提取提供了一个新的方法和途径。
Extraction of fucoidan as a model polysaccharide from aqueous solutions was studied with non water soluble reagents as extractant. Results indicate that N263(a kind of quaternary ammonium chloride)can extract fucoidan from aqueous solutions very effectively.The effect of initial pH, temperature and N263 concentration on extraction of fucoidan was investigated. It has shown that temperature and initial pH of the solutions have no great influences on the extraction of fucoidan, and when N263 concentration is low, an increase in the concentration increases the extraction of fucoidan. This work may suggest an alternative for separation and recovery of marine algal polysaccharides.
