重点研究了影响 ,先进制造技术 (AMT)实施的组织因素 ,给出了影响AMT实施的回归模型 ,提出了精益组织模式。
The problem of Advanced Manufacturing Technology(AMT)organization is the critical factor on performaing AMT. The organizational factors of influencing AMT performance are emphasized, the regrssinon model of influencing AMT performance is formaulated and lean Organization is put forward.
