摘要
目前,国际市场已经进入以需求为导向的新阶段,在世界范围内精益生产、敏捷制造、柔性制造乃至全系统生产等先进生产方式层出不穷。由于企业实施先进生产方式和企业组织之间不可分割的联系,如何进行组织结构变革也就成为企业亟待解决的问题。在整理有关文献的基础上,界定先进生产方式的内涵,揭示先进生产方式和企业组织间的关系,结合相关实例对企业界面向先进生产方式的组织结构变革现状进行分析,并进行先进生产方式下的企业组织结构框架设计,提出职能-流程型的企业组织结构。
Nowadays, international market has come into a new stage of demand-oriented, advanced production modes such as lean production, agile manufacturing, flexible manufacturing, and even whole system production emerging endlessly. Because of the impartible relationship between implementing advanced production mode and enterprise organization, how to apply organizational structure transformation has become an urgent problem need to be solved for enterprises. Based on reviewing related literatures, the connotation of advanced production mode is defined, the relationship between advanced production mode and enterprise organization is revealed, the status quo of organizational structure transformation for advanced production mode of enterprises is analyzed according to related practices and cases, and the framework of organizational structure of enterprises under advanced production mode is designed, in which function-process oriented organizational structure of enterprises is proposed.
