摘要
从广州市天河区 10所幼儿园的 80 0名儿童中筛选出 78例智商IQ值较低的儿童进行了血铅含量测定。结果表明 ,IQ值在 80左右的儿童 ,其血铅含量的平均值为 0 2 4± 0 0 0 8mg/L ,显著高于正常对照组 (0 192± 0 0 2 7mg/L) ,P <0 0 5。相关性分析表明 ,儿童IQ值与血铅含量呈负相关 ,P <0 0 0 1,r=- 0 86 4。
The relations between the content of Pb in blood and IQ of 78 children from 6 kindergartens (about 800 children)in Tianhe district of Guang zhou were studied. The results showed that the content of Pb of blood of low IQ children(IQ=80)was higher(0 24±0 008 mg/L)than that(0 192±0 027 mg/L)of controls, P <0 05.The relations between the content of Pb in blood and IQ of children are negative( P <0 001, r =-0 864)。
