摘要
惰轮轴是采煤机牵引部重要的组成部件,文章通过对采煤机惰轮轴进行参数化建模,对其在ANSYS-Workbench环境下进行有限元分析,得出了惰轮轴的应力分布状况,并对各参数变化对最大应力影响进行了灵敏度分析,得出了各参数与最大应力的关系曲线;利用灵敏度分析的响应曲面对惰轮轴进行了优化设计,使得在满足强度前提下,减轻了惰轮轴重量,节约了成本。
Idlev shaft is an important component of coal cutter. Through parametric modeling of the coal cutter idler shaft, the finite element analysis was conducted in the environment of ANSYS - Workbench, the stress distribution of the idler shaft was obtained, and the sensitivity analysis on the influence of parameters variation to maximum stress was conducted, obtaining the curve of relationship between the parameters and maximum stress. The idler shaft design was optimized using the response surface of the sensitivity analysis, meeting the required strength, while cutting weight and cost of the idler shaft.
