摘要
针对我国优质炼焦煤稀缺的现状,文章以石壕洗煤厂洗精煤(主焦煤)和义海公司的低灰低硫煤(1/3焦煤)进行了配煤实验,以期发挥掺配煤种的优点,生产出综合性能最佳的混合煤,合理利用煤炭资源。研究结果表明,配煤的灰分、硫分、粘结指数均随义海煤含量的增加而逐渐减小,且配煤的灰分、硫分、粘结指数与义海煤含量均符合线性关系。当取得用户同意供给配洗精煤时,在保证洗精煤质量指标稳定的前提下进行配煤,可以得到二种配煤新产品,并为石壕洗煤厂带来显著的经济效益。
Aiming at the scarcity of high - quality coking coal in China, a coal blending experiment was conducted, using clean coal (coking coal) of Shihao Coal Preparation Plant and low ash low sulfur coal ( 1/3 coal) of Yihai Company, in order to fully exert the advantages of each coal type, produce blended coal with the best overall performance, and ensure the rational utilization of scarce coal resources. The results show that the correlations between Yihai coal content and sulfur, ash, caking index of the blended coal are negative, and coal ash, sulfur, showing linear relation. And on the premise of certain quality indexes, two other kinds of products was blended, one with low ash and low sulfur, and the other with sulfur. Economic benefit analysis shows that, the new products can bring significant economic benefits for in Shihao Coal washing plant.
