摘要
CCD相关跟踪器被应用在恒星光干涉仪中 ,实现了干涉仪两相干光束平行性的高精度探测与控制。该文描述其数学基础、基本结构、组成、相关处理方法及其应用成果。
The highly accurate test and control of parallel of the two coherent beams of the stellar interferometer by CCD correlation tracker have been achieved.In this paper,the mathematical base,the constitution,the correlation processing method,the design and the application of the CCD correlation tracker are described.
