摘要
当前,儿科临床实践存在用药不合理、用药途径不安全、儿童用药科学信息不足、儿科医生配备不够等问题。因此,在儿科临床实践中,应遵循基本的医学伦理原则,针对儿科用药的特殊性,从战略高度重视儿童合理用药,重点开展不良反应监测,建立国家级儿科药物不良反应监测网络;鼓励开发更多儿科用药的规格和剂型,建立儿童用药再评价系统;进行儿科合理用药的创新科学研究;建立健全儿科专业技术人员培养及再培训体系。
At present, the existing problems such as unreasonable drug use, unsafe drugs channels, lack of scientific information, not enough equipped pediatrician and so on could be found in pediatric clinical medication. In pediatric clinical practice, therefore, it should follow the basic principle of medical ethics, according to the particularity of pediatric drug use, from a strategic attaches great importance to the rational use of drugs in children, on the adverse reaction monitoring, establish national pediatric adverse drug reaction monitoring network; encourage the development of more of the specifications of the pediatric drugs and dosage forms, build a evaluation system and children＇s drugs; for pediatric rational drug use of scientific research innovation; establish and improve the pediatric professional and technical personnel training and retraining system.
