摘要
针对目前儿童临床用药中存在的问题,提出进一步加大儿童用药临床研究力度,确保儿童用药安全;加强儿童用药生产环节的质量监管,保证儿童用药质量;加强儿童用药临床应用环节的监管,提高临床合理用药水平;注重对公众的宣传教育,营造合理用药的良好氛围;完善医药产业政策,支持鼓励医药企业开发生产更多适用于儿童的药品的对策和建议。
According to the problems in children clinical drug use, suggestions such as strengthening children drug use research and development to assure safety, strengthening process quality monitoring in children drug production to assure drug quality, strengthening process management of clinical drug use to improve rational drug, highlighting public education to make good atmosphere for children drug use, improving medicine industry policy to encourage medicine company producing more drug for children are discussed.
