摘要
管线自动取样器的发明,不仅提高了管线取样的精确性,还避免了管线样品对取样工的人身危害,减轻了劳动强度。自动采样器的在线使用,具有很多优点,但也有缺点。本文结合管线自动取样器在管输原油计量交接过程的使用,讨论其优缺点,以促进取样自动化的进一步升级,规避缺点,正确使用取样器,实现其优势最大化。
The invention ofthe pipeline automatic sampler, not only improves the accuracy of pipeline sampling, but also avoids the harm to the workers and reduces labor intensity. The online use of the automatic sampler has many advantages and disadvantages. In this paper, Combined with use of the automatic sampler in custody transfer measurement of crude oil, advantages and disadvantages of the automatic sampler were discussed in order to promote further upgrade of automated sampling, avoid shortcomings and maximize their advantages by proper use of the sampler.
