摘要
根据目前我国原油交接用标准体积管的实际应用情况,分析了原油交接用体积管的现状,指出了在用原油体积管在非标生产、未许可生产、检定周期和结蜡四个方面存在的问题,并对这些问题提出了相应的建议和改进措施。
In the light of application of prover in oil custody transfer in China,the authors analyze the status quo and problems of prover in manufacture and application. The paper considers that at present 4problems exist in prover non-standards manufacture, non-certificated manufacture, proving period and wax deposition. The relevant suggestions and improvements to these problems are proposed.
