摘要
箱形梁桥式起重机是起重机械的一种类型,广泛应用于各厂矿企业.其主要承载结构箱形梁 的重量占整机重量的比重最大,为提高整机性能,降低能耗,在对整机受力分析基础上,建立了优化 模型,并应用其进行了具体优化设计。
The Welded box girder of overhead traveling crane is one kind of cranes widely used in general plants. The welded box girder is the major loaded part and its weight takes the major part of the machine's total weight, In order to improve the capacity of the cranes, a kind of optimization model based on the analyzing of loading condition is constructed and a optimization design according to it is done.
