摘要
针对目前箱形梁桥式起重机金属结构自重偏大、结构日益复杂的情况,基于简单的材料力学知识,构建了金属桥架的优化数学模型和进行了软件开发;用两种方法(包含有限元分析方法)对箱形梁桥架进行优化设计.结果表明:通过优化设计后的桥式起重机箱形梁,在满足其性能要求的情况下,其自重减轻了许多,并取得了经济效益.
Focused on the condition about the higher weight and the complex structure of box-form beam overhead traveling crane, the optimal mathematics model of the box girder is built and the software based on the traditional material mechanics method is developed. Then the modem design method--optimum design to box girder is adopted by two methods( including finite element method). The result indicates that the weight of the overhead traveling crane is decreased in the same condition after optimum design, and is more economical.
