介绍了柴油机冷却风扇的结构,生产风扇的材料及大众公司尼龙6性能,分析了环形风扇发生疲劳破坏的原因及主要裂纹起源,提出了改进冷却风扇性能的措施。
The structure of cooling fan used for Diesel engine, the material of cooling fan and performances of nylon - 6 reinforced with glass fiber of VOLKAWAGEN were introduced. The damage reason of ring cooling fan and main cracks initiation were analyzed. The feasibility of improvement recommendations was proposed.
