摘要
以汽车前保险杠为例,使用Moldflow软件对其进行仿真分析,分析比较了使用热流道多浇口顺序控制系统前后熔接痕状态,结果表明通过时序阀门进料技术可有效地消除或抑制熔接痕,从而达到获得高质量的产品,降低生产成本,缩短产品开发周期的目的。
The paper made a stimulated analysis of the front bumper of a car by Moldflow software. Analyze and compare the state of the fusion line before and after using the filling control technology of the sequential controlling system for hot runner. The result showed that sequential valve feeding technology can effectively eliminate and control the weld line thus to get the products with high quality, reduce the cost of production and shorten product development cycle.
