摘要
目的:探讨PBL结合SP教学模式在七年制医学生内科见习教学中的应用效果。方法:采用PBL结合SP教学模式与传统教学模式对见习生进行实践,通过考试及问卷调查比较教学效果。结果:理论考试、实践考试及问卷调查得分试验组均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:PBL结合SP教学法在内科见习教学中具有明显优势,能提高教学质量。
Objective： To study the application of PBL combined with SP teaching model in students of seven-year program in medical practice. Methods： PBL combined with SP teaching mode and the traditional teaching mode were used in medical interns, and the teaching effect was compared by the test and questionnaire survey. Results ： The scores of theory test, practice test and questionnaire in the treatment group were higher than those of the control group; the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 O. 05 ）. Conclusion： PBL combined with SP teaching method has more obvious advantages and can improve the teaching quality in medical practice teach- ing.
