摘要
目的:探讨PBL结合SP教学模式在七年制医学生内科见习教学中的应用效果。方法:采用PBL结合SP教学模式与传统教学模式对见习生进行实践,通过考试及问卷调查比较教学效果。结果:理论考试、实践考试及问卷调查得分试验组均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:PBL结合SP教学法在内科见习教学中具有明显优势,能提高教学质量。
Objective: To study the application of PBL combined with SP teaching model in students of seven-year program in medical practice. Methods: PBL combined with SP teaching mode and the traditional teaching mode were used in medical interns, and the teaching effect was compared by the test and questionnaire survey. Results : The scores of theory test, practice test and questionnaire in the treatment group were higher than those of the control group; the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 O. 05 ). Conclusion: PBL combined with SP teaching method has more obvious advantages and can improve the teaching quality in medical practice teach- ing.
