摘要
为适应医学教学模式的转变、摆脱临床教学所面临的困境,临床技能培训课程体系的建设和优化刻不容缓。临床技能培训课程体系是一个跨学科、多层次、综合性极强的实践课程体系。体系以临床能力培养为主线,将临床模拟手段和临床真实手段相结合,以"三基"、"三严"、"三早"为基本教育理念,把临床实践教学拓展至医学教育全过程,旨在形成和创建临床基本技能、临床专科技能及临床综合技能三个基本课程模块。
It is necessary to establish and optimize clinical skills training course for training high quality medical talents in order to a- dapt to the change of medical teaching mode and get out of difficult situations of the clinical teaching. Clinical skills training course is a very strong interdisciplinary and multi-level class for the training of basic skills and practical abilities. It is the development of clini- cal practice teaching from base to clinical medicine education process and to establish the three skills system of basic clinical skill, clinical specialist skill and clinical practice.
