摘要
为适应21世纪医学教育的需要,汕头大学医学院对原属诊断学和各专科的基本技能教学进行了改革,整合成为一门覆盖内科学、外科学、妇产科学、儿科学、精神病学等各专科的综合性课程——临床基本技能。在教学中运用模拟技术、虚拟技术、计算机模拟病人、标准化病人（SP）、多媒体技术、网络技术等现代教育技术,结合临床见习,取得了良好的效果,是一门成功的教学改革课程。
To meet the requirement for 21^st century medical education, a new comprehensive course, called clinical basic skills, which integrated all clinical skills covered various subjects including medicine, surgery, gynecology and obstetrics, pediatrics and psychiatry. Plus with clinical bedside teaching, a number of modern teaching techniques that involved in simulating technology, virtual technology, compute simulating patient, Internet, multimedia technology and standardized patients were introduced into the teaching procedure. The new course was proved to be successful and effective.
