摘要
新疆风城油田浅层稠油油藏具有地层胶结疏松,开发层分散且含泥质夹层的特点,采用常规套管固井射孔完井及筛管完井时存在抽油泵砂堵砂埋、混浆原油堵塞油流通道的难题。针对这一难题,开展了稠油热采井绕油层固井技术研究,关键技术包括耐高温管外封隔器、热敏承压筛管和精准定位装置等,并制订了详细的绕油层施工方案,开展了现场应用。现场试验效果表明,含泥质夹层的浅层稠油油藏实施绕油层固井后,热敏筛管上、下端井段固井质量良好,耐高温管外封隔器坐封正常,达到了密封要求,为稠油井热采技术的顺利实施提供了有力保障和新的思路。
The shallow heavy oil reservoir in the Fengcheng oilfield,Xinjiang has the features of loosely cemented,sporadic horizons for development and argillaceous interbeds.F'or conventional well completion by casing cementing and perforation or by screen pipe,there are difficult problems such as sand fill,pump buried and crude plug of oil flow path.For this situation,a study on cementing technology with pay zone bypassed in heavy oil thermal recovery well is earried on and lthe key techniques cover high temperature external packer,thermally sensitive pressure screen pipe and accurately locating device and so on.Detailed reservoir bypassing operation scheme is formulated and field application is realized.It is shown from the field test that the cemeating quality in the intervals above and below the thermally sensitive screen pipe in good and the high temperature external packer can set normally,up to sealing requirement after cementing with pay zone bypassed in the shallow heavy oil reservoir with argillaceous interbed containeded,providing strang security and a new concept for the smoothly implementation of thermal recovery in heavy oil wells.
