摘要
对水泥浆促凝剂CaCl_2、Na_2CO_3、K_2CO_3、Na_2SiO_3及甲酰胺进行了性能评价和筛选,并考察了各促凝剂与触变剂硫酸铝的配伍性。结果表明,Na_2CO_3和K_2CO_3的促凝性能明显较好,触变剂硫酸铝也具有一定的促凝性,不同促凝剂与硫酸铝配伍后,水泥浆体系触变性和流变性均得到明显改善。以碳酸钠为促凝剂,加量为0.5%,硫酸铝加量为2.0%时,水泥浆体系的稠化时间最短,早期强度大,触变性最好。
Several oil well cement accelerating agents, CaCl2, Na2CO3, K2 CO3, Na2SiO3 and formamide, were selected on the basis of evaluation on their performances. The compatibility of the accelerating agents with the thixotropic agent Al2 (SO4)3 was studied. The result showed that the accelerating performances of Na2CO3 and K2CO3 were better than that of other accelerating agents. The thixotropic agent Al2(SO4)3 also had some accelerating effect. Both thixotropic and rheological properties of the cement slurry were modified by combining the accelerating agents with the thixotropic agent. The thickening time of the cement slurry system was shortest, thixotropy was best and earliness intensity was highest under the condition of accelerating agent amount Na2CO3 0.5% and thixotropic agent Al2(SO4)3 amount 2.0%.
