摘要
本文试图用系统分析的基本原则和方法 ,探讨高校图书馆系统的运行规律及特点 。
We are trying to adopt the basic rules and methods of system analysis in order to probe the laws and characteristics of system of libraries in institutions of higher education and we hope to offer new trains of thought for building of libraryin institutions of higher education.
