摘要
图书馆的管理与工作方法应建立在科学的基础上,应用熵理论的方法,通过对文献信息的组织、人员素质的培养、系统结构的优化、反馈信息数据库的建立以及负熵流的引入,就能有效地控制熵增,使图书馆系统有序化发展。
Library management and work should be carried out sclentlllCally,and the orderly development of the library system should be based on the entropy theory to organize the document information, train qualified librarians, optimize the system structure ,establish feedback information data bank and introduce negative entropy flow for effective control of entropy increase.
