摘要
依法治教是新时期教育改革与发展的重要工作指针。我国现阶段教育法治状况不容乐观。我国应从完善、完备教育立法 ,强化教育法律意识 ,健全教育执法机构 ,加强对教育执法的监督诸方面营造教育法治环境。
Administering education by law is the main guide to the recent educational reform and devdopmont.However,the administration of education according to the law in the present stage of our country is unsatisfactory.An environment should be created for the administration of education by law in such aspects as the completion and perfection of educational legislation,reinforcement of law awareness in education,perfection of the administrative educational law institutions and the reinforcement of supervision to the enforcement of educational law.
