摘要
本试验旨在研究湿玉米纤维饲料中添加双乙酸钠(SDA)对其体外培养瘤胃液主要发酵指标及防腐保鲜效果的影响。试验采用单因子试验设计,以玉米纤维饲料为底物,添加0.4%、0.8%、1.2%、1.6%、2.0%、200%和240%的SDA即N1、N2、N3、N4、N5、N6和N7为试验组,对照组SDA添加量O%即NO,进行体外瘤胃液培养发酵试验,同时N3、N4和N5进行湿玉米纤维饲料防腐保鲜试验。结果表明:N1、N2、N3、N4和N5对体外培养瘤胃液中乙酸和氨态氮(NHrN)的浓度及pH没有显著影响(P〉0.05),N6和N7显著增加了体外培养瘤胃液中乙酸和NH3-N浓度,显著降低了培养液中的pH(P〈0.05);试验结果还表明,在湿玉米纤维贮存过程中,NO的霉菌数量和pH显著高于试验组,试验组水分显著高于NO(P〈0.05)。随着贮存期的延长(20~30d),N4和N5的霉菌数量和pH显著低于N3,N3的水分显著低于N4和N5(P〈0.05),综合SDA对体外培养瘤胃液发酵指标及防腐保鲜效果.以SDA作为湿玉米纤维饲料的防腐贮存20d适宜添加量为1.2%,贮存30d适宜添加量为1.6%。
The experiment was carried out to study the effect of adding sodium diacetate (SDA) to wet fiber feed gluten on the indicators of rumen fermentation in vitro and preservation. A single factor experimental design was employed and 8 treatment groups (3 replicates in each group) were the control group (NO) and experimental groups (N1, N2, N3, N4, N5, N6, N7), levels of SDA added to the corn fiber feed were 0%, 0.4%, 0.8%, 1.2%, 1.6%, 2.0%, 200% and 240%, respectively. Experiment of rumen fermentation in vitro was conducted in all groups and experiment of preservation of the wet corn fiber feed was conducted in N3, N4 and N5. The results showed that there was no significant difference in concentration of acetic acid, of N6 and N7 significantly increased the acetic acid, NH3-N and pH of the rumen liquid (P〉0.05), whereas the groups NH3-N concentration and decreased the pH of the tureen liquid (P〈0.05). The results also showed that during the wet corn fiber feed storage, the total number of mold and pH of NO were significantly higher than the experimental groups, the water content of the experimental groups was higher than that of N0(P〈0.05). As the extension of the period of storage (20 d-30 d), the total number of mold and pH of N4 and N5 were significantly lower than N3, water content of N3 was lower than that of N4 and N5(P〈0.05). In conclusion, to evaluate the effect of adding sodium diacetate to wet corn fiber feed on the indicators of rumen fermentation in vitro and preservation, it was suggested that SDA added to wet corn fiber feed in a proportion of 1.2% and 1.6% exerted a positive effect on preservation during the 20d and 30d of storage, respectively.
