摘要
目的 探讨腹腔镜修补胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔的疗效及价值.方法回顾性分析30例胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔患者实施腹腔镜修补术的临床治疗资料.结果 29例顺利完成腹腔镜手术,1例中转开腹;手术时间80～100 min,平均90 min;术后次日可下床活动;术后无需使用镇痛剂;住院天数为7～10天,平均8.5天;术后无并发症发生.结论 腹腔镜修补胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔因其具有创伤小、对脏器干扰小、术后并发症少等优点,在严格把握手术适应症的前提下开展腹腔镜胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔修补术是可行的.
Objective To discuss the effect and value of laparoscopic in the repair of gastroduodenal ulcer perforation.Methods The clinical data of 30 patients who underwent repair operation of laparoscopy bulb ulcer perforation from Sep.2008 to Oct.2012 were retrospectively analyzed. Results Laparoscopic repair of gastroduodenal perforation was successfully completed in 29 cases,one case was converted to laparotomy.The operative time was 80 to 100min,an average of 90 min.The patient could have a little move without stsying in bed on the next day affter the operation.Unwanted andlgesic.The postoperative hospital stay was about7～10d,with the average of 8.5d.No complications were foud.Conclusion With the characteristics of less trauma,viscera disturbance,decreased risk of operative complications,Under strict indications to grasp the premise of laparoscopic repair in the treatment of gastroduodenal ulcer perforation is feasible.
