摘要
目的 观察早期采用钕铁硼永磁体穴位贴敷加超短波治疗周围性面神经麻痹的治疗效果。方法 40例周围性面神经麻痹患者 ,采用穴位磁片贴敷加超短波治疗组 (观察组 )和单用超短波组 (对照组 )各 2 0例 ,按徒手肌力试验检测方法的标准测定和评估患侧面肌肌力。结果 两组患侧面肌肌力在治疗 3周时达 4级以上共 2 2例 ,观察组 16例占该组的 80 % ,对照组 6例为该组的 30 % ,两组差异有非常显著性 ,(χ2 =10 .10 ,P <0 .0 1)。
Objective To study the effect of early applied Nd-Fe-B permanent magnet on acupoints plus ultrashort wave for peripheral nerve paralysis .Methods 40 cases with facial nerve paralysis were randomly divided into two groups:20 cases were treated with the Nd-Fe-B permanent magnet on acupoints(such as Yifeng,Taiyang,Earming and Jiache etc.) combined with ultrashort wave (treatment group),20 cases were only treated with ultrashort wave(control group).The muscle strength of involved facial muscle was evaluated by free-hand muscle strength examination method.Results After 3 weeks of treatment ,the muscle strength over four classes of involved facial muscle in treatment group was 16 cases(80%),the control group was 6 cases(30%); There were significant differences in both groups,(χ 2= 10.10, P<0.01).Conclusion According to the analysis of experiment,it shows that the effect of constant magnetic field and ultrashort wave therapy is superior to that of single ultrashort wave for peripheral facial nerve paralysis.
