摘要 将兔血置于0.2~1.0T范围内不同强度的恒定磁场中照射后,用激光衍射法测量红细胞的变形指数DI及积分变形指数IDI。实验结果表明,在0.2T磁场中照射30分钟可使红细胞的DI及IDI明显增加,即在这一条件下磁场可改善红细胞的变形性。而磁场强度增加或照射时间延长都不利于红细胞变形能力的改善。 Rabbit blood samples were exposed to constant magnetic fields within a range of intensity from 0. 2T to 1. 0T, the deformation index (DI) and integrated deformation index (IDI) of each sample were measured by ektacytometry. The results indicated that when rabbit blood was exposure to magnetic field at intensity of 0. 2T for 30minutes, it could increase the DI and IDI of erythrocyte obviously, i. e under this condition, the magnetic field might improve the deformability of erythrocyte; but exposure to magnetic field of stronger intensity or for longer time is harmful to deformability of erythrocyte.
