深水绞车半主动升沉补偿系统设计及仿真 被引量:9

摘要 基于荔湾3-1大型气田,首先对作业区的海浪条件进行数值模拟,获得了深水作业极限海况下的船体及吊装载荷的升沉运动响应。为了避免响应幅值过大,提出了一套以复合液压缸为主体的深水绞车半主动升沉补偿系统,并建立了缆绳吊放载荷的动力学模型及补偿系统的液压系统模型。在Simulink中对采用两种不同反馈的PID控制系统进行仿真,通过对升沉补偿系统补偿效果的定性分析可知,所设计的补偿系统在张力反馈控制情形下具有较高的补偿精度。 The heave compensation system is widely used in the abandonment & recovery of subsea production facilities.Firstly,Liwan 3-1 gas field wave condition is simulated and the heave motion responses of the vessel and the lifting load are obtained.Then,we propose a set of integrated heave compensator with an integrated hydraulic cylinder as its main part to avoid an excessive response.With the establishment of cable & load dynamic model and the model of the designed hydraulic system,the control system of the compensator is built for the simulation.Finally,two kinds of PID feedback control systems are carried out and simulated with Simulink tools.By a qualitative analysis of compensating effects,we can know the tension feedback control system has a higher accuracy.
