摘要
在液压传动的机械中,经常需要推动工作装置的液压缸按严格的顺序依次动作。常规的顺序动作是靠液压回路实现,这样需要采用控制阀、管路、接头等元件,增加了液压系统设计的复杂性,同时,可靠性降低,成本增加。本文介绍一种双出杆复合液压缸,来实现顺序动作,不仅简化了液压系统的设计,而且提高了顺序动作的可靠性,减小了空间占用,同时降低了成本。
In hydraulic transmission machines, it is often requested that the machine hydraulic cylinder drives the working device in order. Usually the order is realized by oil hydraulic circuits which need control valves, pipeline and joints, which increases the cost and difficulty in the hydraulic system design and reduces the reliability. In this paper, a double pole compound hydraulic cylinder is introduced to realize the sequential action. It simplifies the design and increases the reliability. Also, it takes up less space and reduces the cost.
